Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. Eligibility

1.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

1.2 Employees, franchisees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

1.3 By entering, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotional Period

2.1 The promotion starts at 20/04/2026 00:01 AEST and closes at 30/06/2026 24:00 AEST.

2.2 Confirmed orders must be placed within the promotional period to qualify.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter, customers must place a Confirmed Order with Sheds n Homes for a steel building kit during the promotional period. A Confirmed Order is one that meets all of the following requirements:

A quote has been requested, and a design has been finalised with Sheds n Homes to suit the specific requirements of the site.

All required contract documentation has been completed and returned, including the purchase agreement.

Payment of the initial deposit has been made, with cleared funds received by Sheds n Homes before the promotional period closes.

3.2 One (1) entry will be automatically allocated for each Confirmed Order placed.

3.3 Any order that is cancelled or refunded for any reason will be deemed ineligible, and the associated entry will be forfeited and removed from the draw.

3.4 There is no additional cost to enter the promotion other than the purchase of a Confirmed Order.

4. Number of Entries

4.1 Multiple entries permitted, provided each entry corresponds to a separate confirmed order.

5. Prize

5.1 Prize: One (1) of five (5) Yeti Tundra 65 Hard Coolers valued at AUD $550 each.

5.2 The total prize pool is valued at AUD $2,750.

5.3 The prize includes the supply of the cooler only. The winner is responsible for providing a valid shipping address for delivery.

5.4 Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6. Draw Details

6.1 Random draws will take place at 237 Scottsdale Drive, Robina, QLD 4226 on the following dates at 11:00 AEST:

05/05/2026 (For entries received 20/04/2026 to 03/05/2026)

18/05/2026 (For entries received 04/05/2026 to 17/05/2026)

01/06/2026 (For entries received 18/05/2026 to 31/05/2026)

15/06/2026 (For entries received 01/06/2026 to 14/06/2026)

01/07/2026 (For entries received 15/06/2026 to 30/06/2026)

6.2 The winners will be notified by phone or email within two (2) business days of the respective draw.

6.3 The winners’ first initial, surname, and State/Territory will be published on www.shedsnhomes.com.au within two (2) business days of each draw.

7. Unclaimed Prize

7.1 If a winner cannot be contacted, does not accept, or is unable to take the prize within two (2) weeks of notification, that specific prize will be redrawn.

7.2 Any unclaimed prize redraws will take place at the same location on 02/10/2026 11:00, with the redraw winner notified and published as per section 6.

8. Verification

8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify entry validity, including proof of purchase and identity.

8.2 The Promoter may disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process or breach these Terms.

9. Privacy

9.1 Personal information will be collected and used for the purposes of administering the promotion.

10. Liability

10.1 Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of the promotion or the prize.

10.2 The Promoter does not guarantee entry availability if systems are delayed or disrupted.

11. General

11.1 The Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if it cannot be conducted as intended due to interference or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

11.2 All decisions of the Promoter are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms restricts statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. General

12.1 The Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if it cannot be conducted as intended due to interference or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
12.2 All decisions of the Promoter are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
