Training & Support

Sheds n Homes Franchisees have a competitive edge, that begins with a comprehensive initial training program. Training is conducted online, face-to-face and onsite. This ensures our teams have the confidence to deliver an exceptional level of service and grow sales in their territory.

The Initial Training Process

1. Initial training covers:

  • Our design, quoting, and sales software.
  • Sales and customer service.
  • Branding and marketing strategy.
  • Industry and compliance.

2. After completing online training modules, you'll visit head office for more structured, in-person sessions. 

3. From there, you'll gain hands-on experience working within an existing franchise, where you'll put your training into practice. This ensures you hit the ground running.

 

How to Get Started

  2. Receive Information pack, self-assessment, and application forms– Complete and return your application forms.  
  3. Progress Planning & Review  – Review our franchise disclosure package, software demonstration, review territory and locations.
  4. Do Your Research – Seek legal/financial advice and chat with current franchisees, complete business planning.
  5. Visit Us – Attend an information session at our national office (this step will be discussed with the franchise team when appropriate).
  6. Decision Making Time – If it’s the right fit, a franchise agreement may be granted.
